Gearmotors

The Rexnord-Stephan S4 family is a mature gear unit family that boasts more than 10 years of direct development knowledge. It is the direct successor of the Hansen S3 family.

Basically, it consists of the following three gear unit types

SI4 helical gear units
SP4 parallel shaft gear units
SK4 helical bevel gear units

Reliable
The standardized parts and components of the S4 modular system are restricted to a minimum with more than a million of possible end products. The reduced number of components and hte pre-assembly principle (EasyFit) ensure a high reliability and low costs for spare parts and short maintenance times.

Flexible
The modular S4 system offers a variety of combinations for individual drive solutions – drives in foot- or flange-mounting, with solid or hollow shaft, with three-phase motors and speed control.
